The Town of Kingstree Municipal Court is located in the Kingstree Municipal Complex at 401 N Longstreet St in Kingstree SC. The presiding judge is the Honorable E. Ackerman. The Clerk of Court is Rita Mcfadden. Court is held every Thursday at 9:30 am, (unless otherwise scheduled).
Traffic tickets can be paid before trial at the Kingstree Police Department located in the back of the Municipal Complex, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Payments can also be mailed in. The information on how to mail in a payment is on the back of the blue ticket. Please, no cash or personal checks will be accepted through the mail. No personal checks will be accepted in person. Exact change is required.
